Iroverse 是一個由 AI 驅動的角色陪伴遊戲。你同角色嘅對話會送去第三方 AI 服務處理，先可以生成回應。呢頁講清楚我哋收集咩、點樣用、俾邊個、你可以點樣刪除。

我哋唔會收集你嘅通訊錄、位置、相片或麥克風。
你嘅對話文字（以及角色嘅設定同記憶摘要）會傳送到以下服務以生成文字或語音。佢哋按各自嘅政策處理資料，我哋唔容許佢哋用你嘅對話訓練模型（凡供應商提供此選項者）：
角色係 AI，唔係真人。遊戲會喺首次啟動時講明，之後亦會定期提醒。角色講嘅嘢唔係專業意見。如果你有危機或自傷念頭，遊戲會顯示你所在地區嘅求助熱線。
Iroverse 只供 18 歲或以上人士使用。我哋唔會明知而收集 18 歲以下人士嘅資料。
存檔（包括對話衍生嘅記憶）會保存到你刪除為止。你可以喺遊戲內「帳號」→「刪除帳號及資料」即時刪除全部資料，唔需要聯絡我哋。伺服器記錄（唔含對話內容）保存 90 日。
你有權查閱、更正及刪除你嘅資料。刪除可以喺遊戲內完成；其他請求請電郵至下面聯絡方式，我哋會喺 30 日內回覆。
我哋嘅伺服器位於新加坡；上述第三方服務可能喺其他地區（包括美國）處理資料。
政策有變更時，本頁會更新日期；重大變更會喺遊戲內通知。
Iroverse is an AI-driven character companion game. What you say to the character is sent to third-party AI services so that a reply can be generated. This page says what we collect, what it is used for, who receives it, and how you delete it.

We do not collect your contacts, location, photos or microphone.
Your conversation text (with the character's profile and memory summaries) is sent to the following services to generate text or speech. Each handles data under its own policy, and where a provider offers the option we do not allow your conversations to be used for model training:
The character is an AI, not a person. The game says so on first launch and reminds you periodically. Nothing she says is professional advice. If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, the game shows a helpline for your region.
Iroverse is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Your save, including the memories derived from conversation, is kept until you delete it. You can delete everything at once inside the game under Account → Delete account and data; no contact with us is needed. Server logs, which do not contain conversation text, are kept for 90 days.
You may access, correct and delete your data. Deletion is in the game; for anything else, email the address below and we will answer within 30 days.
Our server is in Singapore; the third-party services above may process data in other regions, including the United States.
When this policy changes, the date on this page changes; material changes are announced in the game.
