1. 服務

Iroverse 係一個 AI 角色陪伴遊戲。角色係 AI，唔係真人；佢嘅回應由第三方 AI 服務生成，可能出錯，亦唔係任何專業意見。免費版本係一個完整嘅遊戲：任何關係階段、劇情及安全功能都唔需要付費。

2. 年齡

你必須年滿 18 歲先可以使用 Iroverse。

3. 訂閱（Premium）

• Premium 係自動續訂訂閱，有每月及每年兩種。價錢喺購買前會喺 App Store 頁面顯示，按你所在地區嘅貨幣計算。
• 付款會喺確認購買時經你嘅 Apple ID 帳戶收取。
• 訂閱會自動續期，除非你喺當前期限結束前至少 24 小時取消。續期費用會喺當前期限結束前 24 小時內收取。
• 你可以隨時喺 iOS「設定」→ 你嘅名字 →「訂閱」管理或取消訂閱。取消後，你仍可以用到當前期限完結。
• 如提供免費試用，試用期結束時會自動轉為付費訂閱，除非你喺試用期結束前至少 24 小時取消。試用期結束前 24 小時 Apple 會通知你。
• 已付款嘅期限唔會按比例退款；退款請求由 Apple 按其政策處理（reportaproblem.apple.com）。

4. 一次性購買

禮物及服裝係一次性購買，綁定你嘅存檔。對話次數補充包係消耗品，加入存檔後即時生效，唔可以轉讓。刪除存檔會同時刪除已購項目。

5. 可接受嘅使用

你唔可以用 Iroverse 做違法嘅事、嘗試取得其他玩家嘅資料、干擾服務、或者用自動化方式大量存取。角色會拒絕某些內容，呢啲係設計嘅一部分。

6. 你嘅內容

你輸入嘅對話屬於你。你授權我哋為咗營運遊戲而處理佢（包括傳送去第三方 AI 服務，見私隱政策）。

7. 免責及責任限制

服務按「現狀」提供。喺法律容許嘅最大範圍內，我哋唔就角色嘅任何言論、服務中斷或資料遺失負責。我哋對你嘅總責任以你過去 12 個月向我哋支付嘅金額為上限。

8. 終止

你可以隨時喺遊戲內刪除帳號。如你違反本條款，我哋可以暫停或終止你嘅存取。

9. 變更

條款變更時本頁會更新日期；重大變更會喺遊戲內通知。繼續使用即代表接受。

Iroverse Terms of Use

1. The service

Iroverse is an AI character companion game. The character is an AI, not a person; her replies are generated by third-party AI services, may be wrong, and are not professional advice of any kind. The free version is a complete game: no relationship stage, story event or safety feature requires payment.

2. Age

You must be at least 18 to use Iroverse.

3. Subscription (Premium)

• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly and yearly. The price is shown on the App Store page before purchase, in your region's currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is made within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the current period.
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. Apple notifies you 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Paid periods are not refunded pro rata; refund requests are handled by Apple under its policy (reportaproblem.apple.com).

4. One-time purchases

Gifts and outfits are one-time purchases tied to your save. Conversation top-up packs are consumables, credited to your save immediately, and cannot be transferred. Deleting your save deletes purchased items with it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Iroverse for anything unlawful, attempt to obtain other players' data, interfere with the service, or access it by automated means at volume. The character declines some content; that is part of the design.

6. Your content

What you type is yours. You allow us to process it to run the game, including sending it to third-party AI services as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything the character says, for interruptions, or for loss of data. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

8. Termination

You can delete your account in the game at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

9. Changes

When these terms change, the date on this page changes; material changes are announced in the game. Continued use is acceptance.
